Four youngsters lost their lives to a horrific accident in Punjab. One of them identified as Akshit Grover who was on the rear seat is said to be in critical condition at a private hospital in Ludhiana. The deceased were identified as Sanyam Arora (20 years), Gaurish Verma (21 years), Rishika Bassi (19 years) and Ishani Jindal (19 years) all of them were students.
Reports says that the car (Honda City) was at a very high speed at around 150Kph when the driver Gaurish Verma lost control and hit a kerb stone. The impact was so high that the car flew in the air for about 8 feet before hitting a eucalyptus tree. There were also reports that all the youngsters were drunk and were advised by some people on rash driving when they had stopped for tea on a roadside shop.
There is also an image of all the youngsters doing rounds on social media which is said to be uploaded by one of them minutes before the accident.
